Valueance established in 2017 in Pune, Maharashtra, is a forward-thinking software company dedicated to creating smart, innovative products for Indian business establishments.
Recognized as a Startup by the Department of Industrial Policy and Promotion (DIPP18379), Government of India, and incorporated under Section 12(1) of the Limited Liability Partnership Act, 2008 (Reg. No. AAL-1671), Valueance is driven by a strong vision of enabling India to emerge as a global leader in product innovation and technology excellence.
Despite India's vast pool of IT talent, the nation has yet to make a significant global mark in original software product development. While many factors have limited large-scale ventures into this space, Valueance has embraced this challenge with determination, stepping forward with the mission to create impactful solutions that transform businesses and elevate India's presence in the global digital economy.
The leadership team comprises over 45 years of combined expertise in IT, global operations, finance and entrepreneurship:
- A technology leader with 20+ years of IT expertise, spanning roles from Software Developer to Technical Architect, specializing in software engineering, product development, and IT service delivery.
- An operations and finance expert with 15+ years of global experience, managing Alarm Centres for 24/7 medical and travel assistance delivery, payroll and financial accounting across the USA, Australia, and New Zealand, alongside achievements in SOP formulation, MIS reporting, and web analytics — highly decorated with professional awards.
- A seasoned entrepreneur from North East India, with vast experience in corporate planning, growth strategies, and business development. During the late 1980s, he scaled APOL Fabrics into a ₹25-crore enterprise as its Global Sales Head, generating large-scale employment opportunities in the region. With his confidence, dynamism, and strategic partnerships with multinational corporations, he continues to drive Valueance’s growth vision.
